CLINICAL
ARNP (Medical Services)- Incumbent will work w/ physicians to provide comprehensive physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of chronic, episodic and acute disorders to our long-term care, sub-acute, and hospital patients. Must possess current FL ARNP License + exp. in long-term care, sub-acute, and/or hospital care desired. Ability to relate to the geriatric population a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced primary care clinic.
C.N.AТs (Nursing Home & Hospital)- Current FL License. High School Diploma or equivalent plus experience as a C.N.A highly desired.
C.N.AТs (Vent Dependent Brain/Spinal Cord Unit)- High School Diploma or equivalent plus current FL License. Must possess strong experience as a C.N. Experience in a rehab setting a plus.
LPNs (Nursing Home & Hospital)- Current FL License. Long term care or acute care experience preferred. Starting rate is $18.00 per hr (with no experience)
LPNТs (Douglas Gardens Community Mental Health Center)- Responsible for medication administration, education and coordination of medical care/appointments and basic health monitoring of older adults with severe mental illnesses living in residential treatment programs in Miami Beach and North Miami Beach. Psychiatrist- Responsible for the delivery of direct clinical services, evaluation for and prescribing of psychotropic medication, on-call/disaster responsibility and treatment of admitted patients. ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
Sr. Accountant- responsible for the preparation and posting of journal entries, cash receipts, accrual entries, bank & account reconciliations, detail account analysis and actual to budget variance analysis. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting plus 3-5 years of accounting experience. Prior experience with non-profit accounting a plus. Experienced in month-end closing process is critical. Ability to multi task. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent computer skills in Excel and Peachtree required.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLERICAL
Front Desk Supervisor/Coordinator (DG at Coral Way- MRI & Diagnostics)- Responsible for the supervision of the Front Desk Clerks and responsible for the overall management of the front desk (verification of insurance, creation & filing of charts, answering the telephone in a professional and courteous manner, etc). Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent plus prior supervisor experience in a healthcare setting especially in a diagnostic/MRI or rehab center or clinic/doctor's office. Ability to lead and delegate, demonstrate initiative. Organizational and customer service skills a must. Bilingual in Eng/Spanish required.
DIETARY/FOOD AND NUTRITION
Cook (FT and PT)- Responsible for preparing a variety of foods. Must possess High School Diploma, Associate's Degree highly preferred in culinary arts or related field plus 2-3 years of food preparation experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of Kosher Dietary Laws a plus. Work days vary, schedule is in the mornings ($10.00 per hr)
Food Server (PT)- High School Diploma or equivalent plus previous experience in a food service establishment. Previous experience as a Food Server highly desired. Must be able to speak and understand the English language. Hours are from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.
Food Service Worker- High School Diploma or equivalent plus previous experience in a food service establishment. Previous experience as a Food Server, Cold Food Preparer, or Porter a plus. Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
Food Service Supervisor- Responsible for supervising food service personnel and monitoring staff and operations including tray setup & distribution, adherence to menus and portion control, participation in special functions and general kitchen sanitation. Must posses HS Diploma or equivalent plus one yr. min. experience in a food service supervisory position preferably in the healthcare field. Knowledge of the Jewish Dietary law a plus.
Lead Food Server- High School Diploma or equivalent plus previous experience in a food service establishment a must. Previous experience as a Food Server highly desired. Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
Storeroom Clerk- Responsible for receiving and rotating food and non-food supplies, checking orders and arranging stock. Maintains the cleanliness of all storage areas. Food items are properly rotated to ensure that the first-in, first-out method of stock rotation is followed. Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent plus previous experience in receiving and storage food items.
GENERAL LABOR
General Services Attendant (Housekeeping)- Responsible for housekeeping functions of all the MJHHA residentТs rooms, offices and other assigned areas. Must posses High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in housekeeping a plus.
Lead Receiving Clerk II (Materials Management)- High School Diploma or equivalent plus experience in warehouse work, heavy lifting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate electric pallet jack. Computer experience which includes receiving items, shipping items and inputting transactions. Must be a self starter, multi-task and able to work independently.
Porter (Environmental Services)- Ability to read, write and understand English. Responsible for the floor care of assigned buildings to include sweeping, mopping and utilizing the buffer machine to wax floors.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing managerial oversight to a workforce of mental health professionals and case managers. Public Relations Coordinator (Marketing)- Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of multi-faceted media relations program promoting the mission, services, and departments of the Miami Jewish Home & Hospital, and to create a better understanding of these programs with the Home's many publics. Supervisor (Environmental Services)- Supervises daily housekeeping assignments, schedules and ensures a safe and clean environment for MJHHA residents/tenants/patients, visitors and employees. Sr. Director of Facilities Management- (Executive)- Responsible for the direction of overall management of multiple departments including Environmental, Plant Engineering, Dietary, and Security & Transportation. Incumbent must demonstrate managerial & operational expertise in safety, JCAHO compliance, facilities operations, maintenance and financial controls. Must have a strong background in strategic planning, clinical engineering and facilities management involving significant capital projects. Reports to the CEO and will function as a member of the Executive Committee. Must possess Bachelor's Degree; Master's highly preferred plus a min of 7 yrs healthcare exp. Strong familiarity w/ senior mgmt responsibilities in facilities management, clinical engineering design a must.
Volunteer Coordinator (Hospice) - Responsible for recruiting, training, assigning, supervising, and evaluating Hospice volunteer. Must have the ability to plan and implement training programs, and an understanding and appreciation for Hospice mission and goals.
